Christmas Trees of Tasmania is a small family-run pick-your-own Christmas tree farm located a short 25-minute drive from Launceston, Tasmania.
Trees can be purchased from our online shop from mid October.
Our trees are lovingly pruned to produce a beautifully shaped and full tree, with lots of branches for holding decorations.
The farm boasts over six different specialty species of Christmas trees, sourced from genetics imported into Tasmania. However, due to the slow-growing nature of these specialty trees, they are a few years off yet.
In the meantime, customers can choose from a great array of Radiata Pine trees ranging from 1.2m to 2.4m tall.
To purchase a tree, head over to our shop and select the date and time that suits you to come pick your tree.

Customers who purchase a tree can return it to the farm on selected weekends in January. The recycled trees are chipped and used as mulch for our trees, ensuring sustainability for future growth.
At Christmas Trees of Tasmania, we aim to cultivate our Christmas trees using regenerative farming practices.
Our commitment to sustainability means we steer clear of synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides. By employing these methods, we ensure that our Christmas trees are not only beautiful but also environmentally friendly.
This approach nurtures the land, promotes biodiversity, and safeguards the health of our ecosystem.
