Our lambs are born and raised on our family farm, and we use a small local processor to ensure the best treatment of our animals, with us personally overseeing the processing.
We offer whole lamb boxes, butchered to your cutlist (add a product to cart to see the cutlist form). Delivery available to your door in the greater Launceston area and we offer centralized pickup locations in Launceston and Hobart if you cannot make delivery day.
Pricing:
$25/kg boxed weight which includes delivery to warehouse pickup in Launceston.
There is a $10 additional fee for delivery to your door.
If you opt for a boned and rolled shoulder this incurs an additional $15 fee per shoulder. eg. if you have 2 boned and rolled shoulders we will add $30 to your final box weight price.
Typical total weight of a box is between 11-15kg. Your deposit amount will be removed from the final price.
How does our system work:
Make your order for the delivery date and cut list you would like, at this point we take a $50 deposit to confirm your order.
We will send you a message with the final box weight and payment details on the delivery day around midday. You can opt to either pay the final price on delivery via card or cash, or via bank transfer or online payment portal for warehouse pickups. We just ask this payment is made on the delivery day for warehouse pickups.
We deliver to the greater Launceston area, which includes Campbell town, Prospect, Kings Meadows, Lilydale and areas up the Tamar valley to the Batman bridge. If you are outside of these general areas, please send us an email or message via the contact page to check your locations availability for delivery.
Warehouse pickup
Launceston - Your order can be picked up from 0900-2200 from a cold storage warehouse in Invermay after 1800 on the delivery day, or any day after the delivery day between these times. The only exception is a Friday with pickup times of 0900-1500 as staff have an early knock of Friday! Any questions just call or email.
